What happens after my trial?
New accounts get 14 days of Team. If you don't subscribe, your workspace moves to Free. Your data stays; Free limits apply to adding leads, teammates and using paid features.
Do I need Agency just because I'm an agency?
No. If Signal is only tracking prospects for your own business, Team is your one-business license. Choose Agency when you're managing sales for other businesses as well.
What counts as a client space?
A separate workspace for a client's business, with its own leads, settings and email connection. Agency includes your own business plus 3 client spaces. You can invite a client's team into their space.
How do extra client spaces work?
Each additional block of 3 client spaces costs $49/month. Clients 4–6 need one extra block; clients 7–9 need two. These additions are monthly even with a yearly base plan.
Does Signal automatically read my Instagram or Threads conversations?
No. Connect Flodesk or Kit for email subscribers and segment or tag membership. Add social prospects and conversation notes manually, or import them from a spreadsheet.
Does a high score make someone Hot?
No. The score is a numeric indicator based on your scoring rules. Hot, Warm and Cold are manual temperature labels your team sets. Hottest hotties is a separate manual flame tag.
What's included in AI?
Team and Agency include AI lead briefs and industry tagging, subject to fair use. The briefs use the information in Signal; they don't replace your judgment or guarantee someone will buy.
